What are your candles made from?
All of our candles are hand-poured using 100% natural soy wax, premium cotton wicks, and cruelty-free fragrance oils. We carefully craft each candle to ensure it looks beautiful and smells amazing.
Are all of your candles handmade?
Yes! Every candle is hand-poured in small batches with care and attention to detail. Because they’re handmade, each candle may have slight variations, making every one unique.
Why does my candle have a white or frosted appearance?
This is completely normal! Soy wax can naturally develop a white coating called frosting. It’s a sign that you’re using natural soy wax and doesn’t affect the quality or performance of your candle. If you’d prefer a smoother finish, simply rub the surface gently with your finger or a soft cloth.
How strong are your candle scents?
Our candles are carefully scented to create a beautiful fragrance when burning without being overpowering. Each scent is selected to provide a cosy, enjoyable atmosphere in your home.
How long do your candles burn for?
Burn times vary depending on the candle size. You can find the estimated burn time on each individual product page.
How do I get the best burn from my candle?
To get the most from your candle however these are primarily for decor:
- Trim the wick to around 5mm before each burn.
- Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface on the first burn to help prevent tunnelling.
- Never burn your candle for more than 2 hours at a time.
- Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface and never leave it unattended.
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
As each candle is handmade to order, we aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days. We also allow each candle to cure for 24–48 hours after pouring to ensure the best quality before it’s sent.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the UK only using tracked delivery.
If you’re interested in placing a wholesale or bulk order from outside the UK, we’d be happy to explore shipping options across Europe. Simply get in touch with us to discuss your requirements, and we’ll do our best to help.
How will my order be delivered?
All UK orders are sent via tracked delivery, so you’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Absolutely! Our candles and wax melts make beautiful favours and gifts for weddings, baby showers, birthdays, bridal showers, corporate events and more. We’d be delighted to create something special for your occasion.
Can I send a candle as a gift?
Of course! Our candles make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, housewarmings, thank you presents and special occasions. Simply enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout if you’re sending directly to them.
Are your candles cruelty-free?
Yes. We only use cruelty-free fragrance oils alongside natural soy wax and cotton wicks.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care when packaging every order, but if your candle arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
